As senior pastors of Victory Fellowship, a church based in New Orleasn, the Baileys have pastored the congregation for 31 years and their passion to se God's glory spead has motivated their life work in the New Orleans.
God has used Ps Bailey and Parris to bring revival to churches throughout the United States and around the world.
