			<description>I think we all know what to do like eat less and excercise more but in some cases its easier said than done. I think for alot of people (including myself) they eat out of boredom, loneliness, anger and other emotions. If we learn not to feed our emotions and have more respect for our own bodies,that would be a great start and thats something lm trying to learn and with Gods help. People dont overeat because they're hungry but because they're feeding some sort of pain and healing that pain is where it should start. :) - netty</description>
