Being a member of Bayside Church’s Worship Team isn’t just about playing an instrument or singing. It’s about ushering in the presence of God. It’s about passion, faith, fun, creativeness, relationship and connecting with a heart of worship. It’s about providing strong and professional praise and worship for every service. It’s also about honouring the Lord with your God-given gifts and talents!
We believe we are called to “Praise the LORD with the harp; make music to him on the ten-stringed lyre.” (Ps. 33:2)
As a member of the team, you have the opportunity to attend rehearsals, practice songs, work with amazing people, get involved in song writing and arranging, and stand on the frontline just like in the Old Testament:
“The officers and the trumpeters were beside the king, and all the people of the land were rejoicing and blowing trumpets, and singers with musical instruments were leading the praises” (2 Chr. 23:13).
Who Can Join The Worship Team?
Anyone can audition for the Worship Team. We are always on the look out for new people to join the team. We'd love to hear from you if you are a:
• guitarist
• bassist
• pianist/keyboardist
• singer
• drummer
• or any other instrumentalist;
