C3 Church, formely known as Christian City Church, is an international movement of local churches which Bayside Church is a part of.
The churches are bright, enthusiastic and relevant to their culture with a message of faith, hope and love. The vision is to plant and build churches by saving lost people, making disciples of Jesus Christ, and empowering people for effective joyful service.
C3 Church Global consists of over 160 churches situated throughout Australasia, New Zealand, North America, and the European community. Dr Phil Pringle is the founder and President of C3 Church Global and the Senior Minister of the movement's largest congregation - C3 Church, Oxford Falls, Sydney, Australia.
In the development and growth of the churches C3 Church have become well known, as well as providing a benchmark for contemporary music, worship, the arts, and relevant preaching and teaching. Many of the churches have their own ministry training institutes, some having also incorporated schools of Creative Arts in the development of the expression of their people.
Dr Pringle, an accomplished songwriter, author and artist, has long advocated a vision of the church recapturing lost ground in utilisation of the arts for Christian expression, worship and outreach. The ministry of the Holy Spirit in the lives of individual believers is another enduring distinctive of the movement.
